The Diet - Intro.

I'm 18.
My height is 5 ft 5 in.
Weight when diet began - 10 st 9 lb
Weight 5 days later (when blog started) - 10 st 3 lb
Weight 10 days after that - 9 st 13 lb.

Targets!
- 21st May = Leaver's Ball - TW = 9 st 10 lb - DONE!
- 28th May = Last day (beach!) - TW = 9 st 8 lb
- 6th July = Beach holiday with 3 friends - TW = 9 st!

Follow me to keep track of my progress. I will update a food diary every day so you can see how I am losing the weight (E.g. what i'm eating and what exercise i'm doing.)

6 months later...
I fell completely in love with the most perfect guy in the world and we're still together. He cooks for me, buys me chocolate when i'm sick and tells me i'm gorgeous (even when i'm over 10 stone again!). I know this is no excuse but when you're happy and someone loves you for you, what you see in the mirror seems to disappear.
However, my double chin came back, Calum decided to lose weight and lost about 8lbs really quickly, so I started to HATE my body again. It got to the stage where i'd turn the light out before I undressed in front of him and I hated it. It was at that moment I went back to my diet.

Weight when diet began again - 10 stone 6 (149lbs).

New Targets:
- January 10th - 10 stone 3 = DONE too early so changing my targets.

- January 10th - 9 stone 13
- January 17th - 9 stone 11
- January 24th - 9 stone 9
- February 1st - 9 stone 7

My goal weight is 9 stone. Lets see if I can get there before my 20th birthday (March 25th!)

A reason I want to lose weight.

I found these gooooorgeous jeans on the internet that I really want. I showed them to my mum and she said, “Ooo yes they are really nice honey. But only skinny girls can wear jeans like that. They’d look awful on you.” Then she walked out the room.

Those jeans symbolise the reason I want to lose weight. I wanna look like the god damn model they look so good on. I WILL DO THIS.
